Subprocessors

Last updated: 30 July 2026

To run Keplent we rely on a small number of providers who may process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by a written contract with data protection terms no less protective than our own, and each is used only for the purpose stated below. This page is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Pending confirmation

The providers below are either not yet in production or still being verified against our live infrastructure. They are published here for transparency and will move into the table above, or be removed, once confirmed. Until then, treat this section as provisional.

Integrations you connect yourself

Tools you connect from inside your workspace — your CRM, your calendar, your mailbox, your ad accounts — are not our subprocessors. You connect them under your own agreement with that provider, and data reaches them because you instructed us to send it. Disconnecting them is done from your workspace settings.

Changes to this list

We will update this page before a new subprocessor starts processing customer personal data, and notify customers by email at least 30 days beforehand. If you object on reasonable data protection grounds within that window, write to support@keplent.com and we will work with you on an alternative; if none is workable, you may terminate the affected part of the Service without penalty, as set out in the DPA.
